MY BOUTIQUE HEALTH COACHING PROGRAMS:
During limited times, I lead small groups of women via closed Facebook groups. Currently, I am running The Abundance Detox, which is a 30 day intensive program I designed and wrote myself that taps into a woman’s intuition, gratitude and spiritual abundance to create long lasting behavior change. For four weeks, I provide my coaching clients daily clean eating recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus shopping lists and tips, and nutrition information. In addition to learning how to make a multitude of new recipes, my group coaching clients also work through a detailed daily workbook and journaling process where they deep dive into habits they’d like to change. This workbook also involves my clients in all the interesting scientific research I review on a weekly basis with respect to weight loss, weight regain, addiction recovery and more. I post daily inspiration, Live Facebook video How-To’s, and workouts. Probably the best benefit of this group format is the peer support the ladies get from each other (and the laughter). I also provide an optional Bible Study on which I’ve gotten amazing feedback from my Christian clients.

I designed my comprehensive Weights Lifted program for women who are motivated to make significant changes. My Six Month program is based around both my personal success of losing and maintaining more than 120 pounds and years of research and trial and error into the kind of intense lifestyle hacking and neural rewiring required to make such a tremendous change.
My clients in this program get everything that I offer – constant daily support, progress checks, metrics, countless recipes, personal cooking instruction, personal grocery store tours, workout and nutrition education – all of the skills gained on my journey of going from a 3X to an Extra Small. Basically, I teach my clients everything I know! My motivated clients are able to have significant breakthroughs in just one session of working with me.
My VIP clients receive a guaranteed minimum of six months of dedicated, bi-monthly one-on-one in-person coaching (via Skype or phone if long distance), daily text or messenger coaching and support, customized phone apps, customized meal planning, personal instruction and daily accountability.

A lighter version of Weights Lifted
The three month Butterfly Program is designed for busy women who need a jump start. These women want to make changes to their lifestyles but have a small amount of weight to lose or are just interested in learning some new healthy techniques or need to tweak a few habits. These clients enjoy all the support of the six months clients but for a shortened, three month time period.
