Jama is an amazing coach! She is so easy to talk and relate to, non judgemental, and super inspirational! Jama’s program is a truly unique but smart approach to learning how to adapt a healthy lifestyle. She knows everything about everything. Great at helping you learn the why’s and how’s. Jama is a fabulous cook/baker and truly makes eating/cooking healthy so much more exciting. Her workshops are fun and she is just so good to her clients. Thanks to Jama’s encouragement, over the past three weeks I have viewed food DIFFERENTLY. Little consistent changes over time really add up…so far in the last few weeks I am 7 lbs down based on a couple small food changes.
